Delivery
Bleum's services are delivered through a highly disciplined, repeatable process, allowing us to meet the quality and schedule requirements of the most demanding customers. Over the last five years, we have evolved Pearl, Bleum's software development methodology, by bringing together the best aspects of leading software methodologies, including the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Capability Maturity Model (CMM), optimized for offshore development. The Pearl methodology encompasses the complete software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, test and deployment.
Bleum practices flexible execution utilizing a blended outsourcing model supporting both offshore and onsite services. Specifically, the Bleum onsite-offshore model allows us to work onsite at the customer location defining requirements and deploying projects, while often the majority of the development work is done offshore in China. Bleum has been effective managing the visa process, allowing us to rapidly respond to customer needs to bring Chinese employees to the clients' country for onsite services. Bleum is committed to putting in place the necessary onsite/offshore resources in response to customer needs.
Supporting the Pearl development process is Hydra, Bleum's Quality Management System (QMS). Hydra is a web-based project management system integrating all of the key development processes and tools, as well as a client communications system providing customers with real-time visibility into project status. By accessing client dashboards from within their Web browser, a Bleum client can closely follow the status of their project.
