Through our work with leading software companies, Bleum has fine tuned our approach for developing commercial software products. Our mature process enables structured interaction between the client’s development teams and Bleum with the added benefit of contributing to the client’s internal process, while flexibility supports the creativity critical when developing new products.
Bleum has worked with a number of U.S. and European software companies to assist with developing and maintaining their commercial applications. Bleum is capable of managing the complete development cycle from requirements, to design, to development to test with the customer managing user acceptance testing. In some cases we receive detailed product requirements and product architecture that we then implement. In other cases, we take rough product ideas from the client that we then convert into detailed requirements, often using use cases as our primary requirements methodology.
